Woman’s Status

The status of Women under an Integralist Party government is as follows respect for equality, human rights, and fundamental freedoms are essential values that must be realised and defended across the United Kingdom. Gender equality is integral to Integralism and central to sustainable development. To realise these values, girls and women must be empowered, under an Integralist society all things will be governed by merit not gender. 

We are pleased to announce that strengthening gender mainstreaming, promoting gender equality and empowering girls and women are big priorities in the Integralist Party. 

The basic principle is simple: all people, regardless of sex, ethnicity, age, disability, religious traditions, are of equal value in the eyes of the state - and must be able to enjoy the same rights. All citizens must have equal opportunities in society according to merit in the state. 

One of the most important rights principles is that of non-discrimination. Each girl and boy has equal rights and every single one of them deserves respect. It is the responsibility of the state to protect society´s women and children from violence and abuse in public and at home. 

We strive to achieve gender equality we constantly strive to ensure girls and women's sexual and reproductive health and rights. Combating violence and discrimination has long been a priority for the Integralist Party. Under our projects we aim to boost girls' self-confidence, and to reduce destructive extreme feminist social influences. We would also like to implement a national action plan against female religious abuse, mentally or physically from any religion within the nation. 

Girls and boys, women and men, all have the same right to education. In fact, women in the United Kingdom will be gainfully employed to the same extent as men in our society according to merit not gender.  

We would like to state that while it is essential to ensure that girls and women are aware of their rights, it is also important to ensure that the rest of society shares this knowledge. These girls and young women have the right to equal power to shape society and their own lives. They have the right to integrity and respect. 

We would implement a generous parental leave, where all working parents are entitled to 18 months' paid leave per child, the cost being shared between employer and State. To encourage greater paternal involvement in child-rearing, a minimum of 3 months out of the 18 is required to be used by the "minority" parent, in practice usually the father, or it can be for fitted to the minority parent,our system is based on the Swedish Maternity leave . The employer is obliged to restore the mother to the same position upon return to work. In addition, pregnant women and single mothers cannot be fired. 

Abortion  

We support the legality of abortion. Why are so many women who don't want to get pregnant getting pregnant in the first place? Abortion is not an easy decision to make for any woman, and surely most of those women who do get abortions would have preferred to never have gotten pregnant in the first place. So the best ideas for this particular issue are those that help girls and women who don't wish to get pregnant from getting pregnant, for if the only women getting pregnant are those who want to, then abortion will be of little consequence. 

The Integralist Party recommends the following measures: 

National initiatives that promote education regarding sexual choices and consequences as being important towards helping both sexes realise the possible results of their actions and them knowing the facts about sex. All too often ignorance is playing a role in thousands of teenage girls getting pregnant every year. There should be no restriction of the availability of this information from doctors or teachers. Combat ignorance and you promote responsibility. 

Promote state-funded research and development of more and better methods of birth control for both sexes, and make all reproductive-control options available to those who want them.  Council will be provided to all girls/women who are planning to have an abortion.  Also state benefits to mothers who choose to keep the child but do not have the personal economy to support her child. Ultimately the final decision should be left up to the mother we do not condone Abortion but to illegalise it would be politically wrong it would force medically unsafe abortions and a large amount of unwanted dumped and  abused children for the state or streets to raise. We feel this is not the foundation blocks for a balanced stable childhood. 

Feminism 

Today’s Feminists are introducing a competing philosophy; they seem to be introducing an entire different reality than our own. The Feminists view the world from a standpoint of Male dominance. The Male is viewed as a tyrant, driven by unconscious psychological insecurities like "womb-control." The Female is the enslaved, exploited by 'social conventions' which force women to choose between a family and a successful career. Males are obstacles which actively impact the Females desire to live a life outside of her husband. Males must be managed and bargained with in order for the Feminine to become free of her penile oppressors when in fact a child comes from her womb she carried it for nine months there is a sign in this that must be observed.  

Our reality however, is quite different. We see women with exceedingly more power than most Feminists give them credit for. It is no secret that women are the in drivers seat when it comes to mating. Not only are they driving the car, they own the lot and the dealership where the car originated from. Men will always need to have something which only a woman can provide them with. Thus it is the woman who has the proverbial glass slipper when it comes to relationships. So not only does a woman choose her mate, even if she makes the wrong decision she is entitled to half of the earnings of the husband, alimony, child-support, and gets to keep the children. The Feminists though, are still not content. They shrug the notion of having more than equal footing in terms of the law in cases of divorce. They are more concerned with success in the business world. 

Although many women find completeness through providing love and care for their family and offspring, the Feminists feel that women are treated unfairly because they are under represented in the corporate world. This is where the Feminists get it wrong. 

Feminists are viewing success on masculine terms. Not only do they want to raise happy and successful offspring, but they also want the prestige and money that comes from having a high paying job in the corporate world. However, succeeding in the market requires too many hours to simultaneously raise a happy, well-adjusted child we the Integralist Party encourage the traditional values of family but a successful woman is not looked down upon. 

Most men knowing that their time can only be spread so thin between work and family find it hard to have it both ways. They know that it is almost impossible to maintain both without the sacrifice of the other. Therefore most will try to find a woman who would prefer to stay at home 9 times out of 10 and raise their children in most cases.  

This is not to say that we believe all females should sacrifice their own careers for their families' expense. What we are saying, though, is that raising a well-adjusted child requires a full-time (or at least daily) commitment. That commitment can come from either sex. But it is our view that women are by nature more nurturing and compassionate than males and thus make better parents and there is no greater honour for a woman than to raise a good disciplined family and there is no greater honour for a man than to protect and work for his family and there prosperity. This is the key to building a strong nation and a better future for the all the citizens of the United Kingdom  

While some Feminists intentions are good, they deny the true nature of the Feminine. We do not disagree that females should be equal to males under the law. However, it is an entirely different matter for females to act like men and expect some sort of enlightenment. A woman can be feminine yet equal, without having to succeed on male terms. A fully realised, wholly liberated woman is one who is completely happy with the awesome power invested in her as a woman and all that entails. 

Integralism rejects the false doctrine of equality “Integralism rejects association with doctrines of equality between various men, between men and women, between nations or between races of men. “ To try and create equality amongst men, nations, sexes or races will always meet with failure due to human nature. To promote equality is a Marxist doctrine, not an Integralist one. The only way to achieve real equality is based on a merit system where people rise due to education, behaviour and service to the state while observing common equalities which are known to everyone and are accepted in today´s civilised nations around the world. But all citizens are given the same chances to enjoy the social structure that is conducive to achieving ones aim and goals in society.
