Pension and OAP'S: Old age pensioners will no longer have to pay for things such as gas, electric. They will receive passes for free public transport and receive first class hospital treatment. Those who are in residential homes will no longer have to worry about financing their care in these homes.

All pensioners under our government will be looked after and cared for like they deserve to be. Unlike the present government, we care for our elderly.

While people should be allowed to work past retirement age if they want to do so, the proposal we should all have to work until 68 is a disgrace. In the private sector, companies have been ripping off their workers by eroding their pension entitlements for years. One of the top priorities of an Integralist government would be to give all O.A.P'S - Free Heating during the winter months, free public Travel - within the UK. Also immediate and first class hospital treatment, totally free accommodation in residential homes - they would not need to sell their property to finance their care in a residential home. The Integralist Party recognises the fact that many thousands of British old age pensioners die each year because they cannot afford to heat their homes. The Integralist Party would look after the elderly; after all they would have worked all of their lives for Great Britain. In an Integralist Society we would not let our pensioners die like animals in hypothermic poverty as the present government does, simply because they are unable to pay the profiteering prices of the mostly foreign energy companies that own Britain's energy resources. Accordingly we would implement the following policies:

The Integralist Party will introduce a modified Non-Financial Defined Contribution (NDC) Schemes pension system Harmonise private and public sector pensions. The introduction of a modified NDC pension system would have an immediate effect on pension funding. Individuals would have ownership of their pension through their NDC payment plan. It would no longer fully be dependent upon the direct actions of government or the fortunes of the stock market.

Workers would be able to add tax-free amounts, or transfer existing pension policies into a NDC account. As well as understanding statements you would also be able view your pension details online. This would allow you to see your pension fund grow year on year secure in mind that your pension is backed by the state.

For those near retirement age, we will provide more flexible ways to increase the state pension. The NDC pension would be topped up and it will be possible to transfer private pension schemes into your NDC pension. Existing pensioners, unable to build up pension funds through an NDC pension, would have the value of their pensions maintained.

We would also create Individual Retirement Accounts where the individual can contribute three pounds or more a year free of taxes starting on his or her 18th birthday. Thirty per cent of the funds would be invested in interest bearing securities from such quasi government agencies. The rest would be invested in a broad spread of Unit Trusts, Gilt Edge Securities and small portion in shares of private companies as a source of venture capital to encourage business. These accounts would supplement the state NDC pensions.

Tax cuts for environmental objectives: Closing the chapter of environmental disaster in human history is our first objective. A simple mandate for change will not achieve its goal, as business is an ecosystem unto itself, and must be given a chance to transition gracefully to a new way of doing things, much as it absorbs any new cost or technology. We will lower taxes while offering large tax cuts for those businesses that achieve environmental objectives; only those businesses which do not produce tangible goods or services, such as pornography and cigarette manufactures, will remain at the higher tax rate. These tax cuts will be sizable enough to allow businesses to invest most of their income into adapting to environmental requirements, and at the same time, building up infrastructure and becoming more competitive.

It is in the interest of the nation that children be indoctrinated with the philosophical ideals of integralism at an early age, children must learn the culture and history of our people and how to counter and recognise inferior values in society. Children must be made to understand right from wrong, years of intervention by liberal progressives have failed our children, apparent in a rise in violent crime. We believe that each and every pupil should be made to adhere to strict school rules on, without fear or favouritism allowing children to enter adulthood with both decent moral values and with a sound sense of ambition.

In schools, we believe much smaller class sizes are the key to questions of behaviour and learning. Classrooms should be places of discipline, exploration and the exhilaration of discovery, not a forum for crowd-control and slackers. We want more state of the art places of learning built up and down the country.  Along with the refurbishment of existing well funded state schools that listen more to the needs of parents and pupils alike all working to create a better school system.  We are fighting for this by preventing Britain's public services from being forced open to international competition and privatisation.

We don't think personal and national Progress is students paying top-up fees, or being locked up in with large loans; in fact, we believe in education being freely available to anyone who wants to invest their time in learning the skills to make a greater contribution back to our society and state. Each Female on leaving school will have to serve up to 12 months with the labour service. This is where they shall be taught home economics, do manual work for the community, basic self defence, military skills, Hospital and social work. The labour service will have uniforms and will be run in a military style. This is to gain the discipline required for life and to strengthen the country.

All children from the age of 11-16 will be part of a youth group. The youth group will be very much like the Labour service, but not in as much a demanding work way. The children will be taught the same things but in a more light hearted fun way. The youth will be encouraged to help with the smaller jobs of the labour service.

Under an Integralist government, sport is of great importance. It encourages team work, discipline and keeps people healthy. All sports will be encouraged from schools up to public groups. Schools will be encouraged to give each child at least one hours sport a day. We believe through sport we can build a happy and healthy nation.
