Health and the NHS: We believe all citizens should be able to have access to the decent level of health care to which they are entitled. Successive cuts in the National Health Service and a creeping level of profiteering within the industry are nothing less than a national scandal. We believe by bringing legal action against this financial banditry we would be sufficiently able to reimburse the NHS without further punishing the tax payer. Pharmaceutical companies which provide drugs to the NHS must be reorganised under the auspices of the corporate state. Nationalised pharmaceutical industry would direct research at finding cures for diseases and developing treatments for less common illnesses which the current drugs industry ignores - because it is not profitable to do otherwise. The bureaucracy that chokes the running of NHS must be reduced. Privatisation must be reversed. We also vow to increase funding for research and development into medical cures, treatments, and technologies.

We will ensure that the United Kingdom has an effective and sustainable Health Service by enacting legislation which will ensure this. We will put an immediate end to the counter-productive targets in healthcare. These achieve nothing more than to push departments and administrators to cut corners, find ways to fiddle the statistics. This practice also encourages staff to deal with insignificant but easily dealt with health problems while leaving the smaller numbers of the chronically sick to wait for even longer. All health care should revert to being assessed on the grounds of patient need, not bureaucratic targets. Staff numbers will be boosted, slashing unnecessary bureaucracy and addressing the root cause of low recruitment and retention - low pay. There is a shortage of beds in the NHS, and staff to look after the patients who should be in them.

A terrible crisis within the Health service is the mass migration of Doctors and nurses trained in Britain (training paid for by the tax payer) to other countries who offer better work prospects. We will ensure (through the NNBB) that all skilled professionals in the health industry stay in Britain, even if it means providing incentives to move to areas in the United Kingdom where their services are needed. We will also abolish the bursary system for student nurses and pay them a decent wage during their training. The hospital crèches which were done away with under the last Conservative government will be re-established, making it much easier for nurses to return to work after taking time off to have children.

More emphasis will be placed on healthy living with greater understanding of sickness prevention through physical exercise, a healthier environment and improved diets. All multi-choice school canteens should be restructured so trained catering staff can return to traditional school meals eaten in properly supervised dining halls. Hospitals should wherever possible buy locally produced food, which will be fresher and healthier as well as supporting local businesses and strengthening the links between hospitals and their communities.

The Integralist party will introduce a programme whereby sophisticated new equipment is automatically accessible to medical facilities, learning centres and operators with sufficient skills to make best use of it. We will extend the 'polluter pays' principle from environmental damage to the impact of processed foods as well. The link between highly processed products such as white sugar and flour and a wide variety of degenerative diseases is so well proven as to make it entirely reasonable to insist that the producers and vendors of such junk should pay extra tax to help society as a whole cover the cost of the damage that goes hand in hand with their profits. There is also well grounded evidence that correlates a long suspected link between pesticides/herbicides with cancer and other terrible illnesses, we would therefore like to see a reduction in the use of pesticides in all our foods and ensure the food we eat is fit to eat.

We believe an effective fight against MRSA and other hospital infections is by the immediate replacement of unregulated contract cleaners with ward-based auxiliaries. Also a return to in-hospital laundries for all staff uniforms, which are rarely washed at a sufficiently hot temperature now that staff are forced to take their dirty uniforms home and wash them themselves as part of yet another short-sighted cost-cutting exercise which typifies what happens when health services are run by bureaucrats rather than experienced medical staff. Medical research facilities researching the potential for global pandemics of deadly viruses, and ways in which to combat them, must receive immediate and massive increases in funding.

We believe that the freedom of an individual ought to extend to the right to die with dignity at a time of one's own choosing. Accordingly, we seek a comprehensive study of voluntary euthanasia, drawing on experience in the Netherlands where this practice already operates on a limited basis.

We support abortion and it would be allowed under medical supervision and anyone performing abortions outside of this will be charged according to the law but we do not endorse abortion and our government would provide free council to mothers/fathers and financial support would be give to young parents if they choose to keep but cannot afford to support their child in a manner that meets a basic standard of living for the child and family unit.

Social Security: We believe that all workers are entitled to a pension in their deserved retirement years. We believe that a National Pension system needs to be designed. We envision that this would be under a Corporatist economic system. Workers would be allowed to transfer their pension from employer to employer. We would see the national pension system as being funded from the contributions of workers, employers and the national government.

We want disability benefit only to be paid to those who are incapable of working.  And those with only a full Doctors certificate will be able to make a claim. Persons found to be fraudulently claiming disability benefits will be made to pay back that amount and face a possible prison sentence.

Disability benefits will not be payable to drug addicts or alcoholics, as in doing so, we will only worsen the addiction. We would provide extra funding for secure rehabilitation centres and put an end to the ever growing problem of alcohol, drugs and crime.

Business will have to create illness/sickness programmes, so as to ensure their employees get the correct amount of rest and relaxation after serious surgical procedures. Incapacity benefit will only be paid on the advice of a hospital consultant, in the form of a GP certificate. We must have greater levels of interaction between the local GP, hospital and Department of Work and Pensions this will ensure that fraudulent claims for incapacity benefit will be kept to an absolute minimum.

Disability benefits should be paid only to those in most need. We will put an end to fraudulent claims seekers stealing money through fraudulent abuse of the "system" these people not only keep vital care away from those who need it, but their actions are linked directly to the social breakdown of society.

Provision of disability benefits: Citizens of an Integralist State, who suffer from physical and mental disability, would be given every support in order to make their contribution to society. Provision of sheltered housing combined with a community support network of trained carers and mentors would ensure that the disabled would not feel socially isolated, and are able to contribute a valid part within Integralist Society.

Homosexuality: All homosexual persons would continue to have the same rights and duties as other citizens in the nation and would be expected to be treated with the same levels of respect as any other person. This principle however does not give litigation to abnormal behaviours which would otherwise be looked down upon. We expect all homosexuals to conduct themselves publicly in the same manner as any other citizen and to take their sexual persuasion as a fact of life that should not hinder their ability to perform as human beings. An Integralist government therefore would not endorse or provide financial support for any form of public or private homosexual activities associated with the promotion (marketing) of homosexuality.  Homosexuals will have full liberty to fraternise with their own kind in privacy but otherwise homosexuality will become a non entity as a social force. Attempts by Neo-Marxists within the media who seek to normalise an extreme wing of homosexual identity politic will be stopped. Homosexuals will only gain public acceptance when they stop attacking the population with an aggressive agenda and instead assimilate themselves into the nation, in short they must become Integralists.
