The Future Integralist Corporative
State
“A brief outline regarding Corporatism this is by no
means our final position on the subject and is liable to change
as we evolve politically.”
In this short article I will aim to explain how the
economy of the future Integralist nation will be structured
around the Corporative State. In essence the Integralist
philosophy believes that the nation is the natural expression
of the organic structure of society, and the economy is
therefore best organised within the Corporative State, with all
industries whilst still making profits, sharing the ethos of
the building the nation’s wealth, and indeed enriching society
through decent working conditions, high levels of training and
a decent wage structure. In return, whereas at the moment we
have the conflict of workers and the bosses, this ridiculous
situation would not continue, as all members of the relevant
Corporations would share an interest in the success of their
industry within the Integralist nation.
This situation would exist through the co-operation of
all of the groups within an industry from shop-floor workers,
scientists and managers. This would enable any prospective
conflicts being discussed and overcome in a rational manner
before the damaging polarisation occurs that at present brings
so much strife and disruption to industry. The key to this is
for everyone to have a real interest, far beyond their wage
packet in the building of our nation.
This interest will be ideologically driven, for if
everyone has a stake in society, and is enriched socially,
culturally by that society to act in a negative way is just not
logical.
The key to this is the nurturing of the Integralist
citizen. If our children grow up within a secure home, have
access to a healthy diet and are educated from an early age to
respect the nation and the society that they are part of, so
much of the dysfunctional behaviour we see today wouldn’t
happen.
So much today that goes under the name of “culture” is
indeed quite the opposite, promoting violence, greed and
selfish, destructive behaviour. The promotion of such a culture
is the consequence of irresponsible “free-market” capitalism,
that cannot see any further than making the next buck. Any
responsibility for the actions of impressionable youths
influenced by such music, films or games are quickly denied by
the “Entertainment Industries”, for it is all about the right
of the individual, whatever the effects on society and
citizens.
We Integralists recognise the link, and would not allow
the promotion of violent and anti-social materials. Culture
must enrich both citizens and society, for too long under this
present system ignorance and baseness have been celebrated
under the banner of “Culture”. The consequences of this are
that we have great debates with Liberals defending graffiti as
“Urban Culture”, and also celebrating the use of text-speak as
opposed to correct grammar, celebrating its modernity. This is
utter garbage and merely a reflection of the lack of real
culture under the present system. Integralism would promote
music, literature and our history. We would seek to educate our
children within a structured and disciplined society where
personal achievement would be for the benefit of all of society
through the promotion of true
meritocracy.
The industries within the Corporative State would be
given free-reign to develop their products, as long as their
development was positive for our citizens, with no negative
pollutant aspects to our environment. The Integralist
Government would recognise that specialists within their
prospective industries know far more about them than would an
interfering Government. Governments’ job would be to direct the
economy and to lead the nation. Problems would only arise when
products were made that were detrimental to society, for they
would not be tolerated.
Health will be a priority under Integralism, for an
unfit and idle nation will achieve nothing. Food outlets
promoting food that is unhealthy, damaging would be severely
taxed, so much so, it wouldn’t be almost a viable business
option running one. Healthy food outlets on the other hand
would receive the support of the state through tax
reductions.
We would seek to develop a Pharmaceutical Development
Council, to develop our own drugs, in order to provide them to
our citizens in need, many of whom are denied specialised
treatment due to its’ prohibitive cost on the world
market.
The holistic nature of our Integralist movement means
that all will be able to and indeed expected to contribute to
society. Idleness will no longer be an option, for if you
expect the care and support of the nation, then you also have
to contribute to it. The victory and confidence of the
Integralist nation will be built upon achievement, endeavour
and sacrifice of the individual towards the building of an
Integralist Great Britain.
The Integralist party considers such
measures necessary because the current system has proven
itself to be completely incompatible with maintaining the
long term security and living standards of our vulnerable
island nation.
Government does not work because it is paralysed by a detached,
ruling elite who lack the will to govern because they put their
own careers and ideology before the national
interest. These
un-representingrepresentatives who claim to be democrats
are no longer accountable to the people and cannot be
removed by the overwhelming dissident vote. This is now
evident in government calls for state funding of
political parties, because they know they are incapable
of raising funds from the people.
Britain is in essence a left wing capitalist
regime, all its major political parties share a collusion
of social Marxism and economic liberalism, thus no
electoral result will bring a change in the manner of
government. Rather than thriving on the intense battle of
viewpoints to win popular support for their ideas, the
political parties have found that such business is much
easier if they collude on a common understanding so they
may not be distracted from their major business in life;
service to themselves. There is no need to justify ones
position because even if a party is not in office, their
ideas are in power.
Because there is no will to govern on the
part of our politicians who are cowards and fools the
fate of the nation is entrusted entirely to the free
market mechanism. Faith in the free market has plunged
the nations of the world into a financial crisis because
it is in a state of unregulated chaos, the only response
of our politicians is merely to
subsidiseit, so that they may be seen to be doing
something rather than nothing at all. What we see in the
modern democratic system is less than a talk shop; it is
a pantomime to pay lip service to a bloated service
sector economy based on imports and debt.
The primitive mechanisms of the free market
alone cannot be trusted to position the long term
geopolitical ratifications of a nation state as
vulnerable as our own. The political class too cannot be
trusted because they have failed miserably, it has failed
to govern, failed to maintain order, failed to serve the
public interests, failed to protect our national
integrity, it has failed outright all the necessities of
good government. The corporate state solves these
problems, first by relieving government of an economy it
cannot control with an ordered, structured corporate body
run by professionals and technocrats who in turn organize
our economy of chaos to create stability.
The corporate state is the collusion of all
economic enterprise in the United Kingdom placed into its
respective industry. Nearly all industry is to remain
private owned but is now in a position to be properly
overseen and managed as a rule of efficiency and
transparency.
With the corporate state will come industrial democracy, as
government has proved incapable of managing both the nation and
its industry it makes sense that a two tiered leadership
requires a two tiered democracy. Industrial democracy is a means of ensuring
transparent dialogue between workers and management in a
system of trust and common understanding. Corporations
are chaired by a council that is divided between
representatives, captains of industry and technocrats to
ensure all pillars of industry are included in the
decision making process.
Each corporation operates on republican
lines and is fully accountable to the government and the
powers of the state that will ensure continued standards
of order, progress and responsibility are met. We are not
in control of our economy we are not in control of our
country, ensuring the economy is responsible and
accountable is the first step towards gaining control of
our nation’s destiny. The state allows the corporations
to govern unhindered but is poised to take appropriate
action when necessary. This
organisationbrings other benefits too, by its very
nature economics is an exact science and with an ordered
economy anything is possible. For instance the corporate
state will help ensure balance in industry by networking
all business together, firms can only
be
maximisedfor industrial efficiency if buyers are able
to find suppliers. As well as the benefits of a perfectly
simulate free market, corporations bring all the benefits
of monopolies; their increased capabilities of
efficiency, networking, and institutions of research and
technology.
If inalienable rights like economic freedom
and the right to private property are to be sacred, they
should give no man the freedom to deny those freedoms to
another, or use that freedom at the expense of pubic
life. Big business prevents new firms from entering the
market, is positioned to undercut home industry with
foreign goods and is free to act outside of the national
interest. We must come to accept that liberty is a finite
resource, so if every man is to be entitled to that
freedom, property must be available to all who are
willing to carry the responsibility of owning a business.
The corporate state is a means of ensuring both the
property rights of the masses and the property rights of
existing captains of industry are not infringed. The
corporate state will legally purchase existing big
business in the form of state bonds and lease it to
potential owners; in turn the existing economic leaders
will chair the corporation and will be given full freedom
to run industry with professional advisory bodies at
their disposal.
The government is now free to govern, and is
free of the stench of political elitism and corrupting
influence. This method of rule will allow us to
objectively and comprehensively deal with the problems
afflicting our society. Integralist democracy is a model
of representation, accommodation, efficiency,
deliberation and effectiveness in its prime, we do not
advocate dictatorship, but the government must have the
power to act. There is much to be done; the colossal task
of creating a single political community, reversing
declines in our cultural and national integrity,
enforcing our borders, ensuring our independence, and
above all (and in doing so) serve the people and work in
their interest. Because economic
concerns are a matter for economic government our
political representatives may embark on policies and
programmes voted for by the people and ensure all
legislation passes the test of patriotism.
